DO use water based serums under your eyes to activate the pulsating sensation. I make sure under my eyes are still moist or semi wet right before using the device. Make sure you charge your device before your first use!! The device will shut off automatically after 10 min which is the require time to use it. You can really feel it working! I started out on the 2nd setting.
